WELLTITUDE @ WORK Programme includes all aspects of Corporate Well-being and quality of life at work. We propose you our ideas and co-build an approach together with you because each company has its own culture, DNA, objectives and specificities. We have developed our tools, which we provide to you. We are not a classical consulting company, our objective is to develop and implement Well-being Culture into Your Company, make you test different solutions and select the ones that better correspond to your enterprise.

PHASE 1 : OVERVIEW & SCOPING

During this phase we confirm our approach together. We advise to adapt “Top down” and “Bottom up” principals at the same time in order to integrate your employees from the beginning and make them “an Owner of their Corporate Well-being”. We analyze all existing and available data regarding Well-being at work: statistic, HR barometer… to define main directions and topics for our diagnostic. We co-build our vision, objectives and identify possible constraints together…”

PHASE 2 : DIAGNOSTIC & ANALYSIS

Objective of this phase is to define a current state, identify some issues and root causes together with your employees. We put in place efficient communication though different channels: Mobile Applications, your IT internal systems, Ambassadors team… We develop Well-being atmosphere at the Office and maintain it : “Well-being corner”, gamification , adaptation of workspace, practice of different well-being solutions and technics, innovative workshops based on mindfulness principals…”

PHASE 3 : CREATIVITY AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Thanks to our innovative methodology and our “Creative Lab” tool, we develop together with your team different solutions to put in place.

Your employees are completely integrated into construction of their “Corporate Well-being”. We structure all proposed ideas and solutions into reliable roadmap for you, defining “quick-wins”, middle and long-term initiatives. Our objective is to propose you different Well-being solutions which you will integrate as a part of your Culture to make it sustainable.

PHASE 4 : DEPLOYMENT AND FOLLOW UP

We support you on deployment of proposed solutions and closely follow up it.
We propose your our network of experts and certified coaches in different fields of well-being.
Our objective is to make your team completely operational and that positive effect and atmosphere become sustainable …

At the end of our programme we provide you a label « WELLTITUDE @ WORK ».
We can deploy our programme « WELLTITUDE @ WORK » regarding all aspects of well-being at work: individual (physical & mental and emotional) and collective (social and organizational), or just make a focus on one of these pillars.
