Mindfulness @ work is an approach based on meditation principals and appreciation of each moment. The method was developed in 1979 by Jon Kabat-Zinn, founder of Stress reduction Clinic in the hospital center of Massachusetts, United States. Our coaching programme which is based on mindfulness principals includes following modules :
